A delegation from the French Embassy visiting Moulay Ismail University

On Monday, 19 December 2016, Mr Christophe De-Beauvais, Cultural Attaché for Scientific Research and Cooperation, Mrs Sabrina Mervin Director of the Jacques-Berque Center and Anouk COHEN, Research fellow at the CNRS, paid a visit to the presidency of Moulay University Ismail for the setting up of future collaborations.

During that visit, it was decided to renew the Mauss program, which allows the selected and admitted students in the area of Master II from the Humanities and Social Sciences, Economics and Law fields to take further training during the second semester of the year 2017 at the Jacques Berque Center in Rabat and to benefit from a scientific stay in France.

It was also agreed to set up scientific collaborations with the Jacques Berque Center and in particular to encourage the mobility of Moroccan and French PhD students in order to establish collaborations between the research teams of the two countries and the organization of scientific events.
